Fast Shipping

We want our customers to receive their orders as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within three business days of being placed. However, some items may take up to 10 business days to ship if they need to come directly from the manufacturer.

Expedited orders ship within one business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

LED Outfitters reserves the right to ship to the billing address on any orders, regardless of the shipping address entered.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Within the continental U.S., standard shipping takes approximately 4 to 10 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout. These orders ship within one business day.

International Shipping

Currently, LED Outfitters ships only within the continental U.S. and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PO Boxes

Certain products may not be shipped to PO boxes. If necessary, we will contact you to request a physical address for delivery.

Custom-Built Products

Please allow up to 10 business days for our technicians to assemble and prepare custom products. Once completed, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Note: Dual-color lightbars are special orders from the manufacturer and may take 2–4 weeks to ship.

• Applies only to standard ground shipping
• Standard free shipping takes 8–12 business days
• Promo code: Use LEDFREE at checkout with a subtotal of $40 or more
• Free shipping cannot be combined with other promo or discount codes
• Not valid for Feniex or closeout items

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ledoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the address of our warehouse.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

This warranty does not apply to any LED Outfitters product that has failed due to: improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring or circuit protection, abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, unconventional use, accidental damage, or acts of God. LED Outfitters assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, or costs incurred in removal/re-installation, packaging, shipping, or use of special access equipment.

LED Outfitters reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.

Important Warranty Notes:

• Warranty on lightbars is parts only. We are not responsible for labor costs associated with part replacement.
• Customers must ensure all bolts and hardware are properly tightened over time.
• Warranty on cigarette plugs: 1 year
• Flasher and LED modules: Up to 5 years
• Suction cups for dash lights: 180 days
• Unclaimed warranty items: Not our responsibility past 90 days after delivery
• Siren and speakers: 2-year warranty
• Replacement parts: 90-day warranty
• Work lights: 2-year warranty
• Sale/closeout items: Warranty ranges from 0 to 1 year
• Non-functioning out-of-box products: Must be reported within 2 business days of delivery
